Founded in 2019, Ideas For Us Mauritius was created to work on Sustainable Development Goals Initiatives (SDGs) towards UN Vision 2030 and 2040 environmental programmes objectives for a more sustainable Planet Earth. 

Ideas For Us Mauritius is an environmental organisation working towards Sustainable Development Goals Initiatives (SDGs) towards UN Vision 2030. We strive to make the Planet Earth more sustainable for the future of our children by working on several environmental programmes worldwide in collaboration with global stakeholders associated with our initiatives.

Since it's establishment in 2019, Ideas For Us Mauritius Team has been working relentlessly in several initiatives including the first Climate Change Conference with African Leadership University to Net Zero Footprints 2023 International Conference in Mauritius, The Creative Village of SDGs Exhibition 2023 in Cape Town South Africa among others. We have kept striving to sensitize, educate and create awareness & impact on the Planet Earth at various locations worldwide as a initiative towards SDGs 12, 13, 14, 15 among others. Our core team are spread in Mauritius, Africa and Europe. Our activities are clustered in the following ways:

1. Green Initiatives

We provide green programmes to educate, initiate and sensitize businesses, students and the public to make the Planet Earth more sustainable for a sustainable living and enhance the environment.

2. Sustainability Events

We create sustainability events for businesses in collaboration with several stakeholders worldwide to disseminate sustainability innovations and ideas to make the business environment and society more sustainable through responsible consumption and climate actions initiatives.

3. Innovative Launches

We encourage innovation through ideas by provide entrepreneurs, students, SMEs and businesses a platform in any country around the world to connect with stakeholders to launch their new products and services.

Ideas For Us Mauritius expanded its activities in Africa for sustainability events programmes under GEvents (Africa) Pty Ltd since 2019 and with the brand GEvents Worldwide. Our focus remains on SDGs, sustainability, circular economy with various partners in Africa and other countries worldwide to promote sustainability on a bigger span. We work with hotel chains, resorts, sustainable venues, DMCs, Airlines, on various events programmes apart from group travels (business/corporate and Luxurious groups) and on eco tourism activities or tours. We have also associated ourselves with eco friendly/sustainable suppliers in various aspects for events, tours, trainings, workshops, seminars, conferences, F&B / restaurants, transportations and community development programmes among others.

GEvents Worldwide is proud to bring the best of sustainability conferences, workshops, incentive travels, exhibitions in the African Market and the Indian Ocean Islands. We extended our services to community development programmes and sustainability trainings in Uganda, South Africa, Europe apart from the Mascareignes Islands.

In 2022, the brand Net Zero Footprints under Ideas For Us (Mauritius) Ltd was born to create an impactful awareness on reducing carbon footprints through the banner of Net Zero Footprints Conferences series with inaugural launch in Mauritius in March 2023 with the Net Zero Footprints Conference 2023. We then expanded this conference series to other countries under other titles for sustainability conference and exhibition programmes.
